Help us develop Computer Numerical Control (CNC) training products

The Industry Standards tīma at Hanga-Aro-Rau is working alongside industry to develop new Computer Numerical Control (CNC) products (standards, qualifications and/or micro-credentials).

Computer Numerical Control (CNC) covers skillsets and methodologies that are used across industry (commonly in manufacturing) to produce parts using computer-driven machine tools.

The development process will look at the needs of industry and develop the education products required. This process ensures the new products are fit for purpose for the Aotearoa context.

But it’s vital we have strong industry voice to ensure the mahi we do meet the current and future needs of the industries we serve.

We have three ways for you to be involved: when you register your interest with us via email, please clearly indicate which option works best for you:

  1. Directly involved in the review by being part of the Technical Advisory/Working Group. Please note that you must be prepared and committed to contributing directly to the review.
  2. You are informed of changes by tracked change documents via email.
  3. You provide feedback via email.
