Through our Qualification Advisory Group (QAG), made up of industry subject matter experts and provider representatives, we’ve been reviewing the New Zealand Diploma in Marine Vessel Project Management (Level 6).

Industry has advised that the qualification is necessary to support not only the marine industry, but also the composites, and specialised technologies sectors.

We are proposing the following qualification a New Zealand Certificate in Marine Vessel, Composites and Specialised Technologies Project Management (Level 5), and we want to know what you think.

The aim of this qualification is to provide the marine, composites and specialised technology industries with a qualification that will ensure a bespoke career pathway is available for those already established or new to the industry.

 We are now seeking feedback and interest from industry and stakeholders to ensure the qualification will meet the needs of the marine, composites and specialised technology workforces, and we welcome experts to share their thoughts. Because what matters to industry, matters to us!
