Susan is dedicated to implementing quality and compliance systems in the sectors she has worked in, including manufacturing, service, and education. Over the past fifteen years, she has been focused on creating and implementing quality policies and processes in vocational education. Prior to her current role at Hanga-Aro-Rau, she served as the Quality Manager at MITO. Susan is deeply passionate about vocational education and is committed to helping providers achieve positive outcomes.
