Mike Ruki has more than twenty years’ experience in the vocational education space, firstly as a sign writing apprentice, then as a tradesperson, adult education tutor, and training and development adviser. He studied Vocational Education and Training at Charles Sturt University in Australia and has a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems Design from the University of New England.

Mike has previously worked for the Skills Organisation as a Qualifications Developer and Instructional Designer, which gave him valuable experience relating to qualifications, unit standard development, the design of trainee and assessor instruments, quality assurance of assessment material, course mapping and alignment.
