My name is Flo Samuels. I am a descendant of Te Paatu tribe. I was born and raised in Mangere. I live in South Auckland. I am the Māori Workforce Development Manager for Hanga-Aro-Rau.

My entire professional career has been in the education, employment and training sector, enabling and advocating mana Motuhake for whānau. I’ve dabbled in senior leadership and board executive roles.

Satisfaction to me is having the privilege to support whānau Māori to realise their full potential and to chase it.
