She brings experience from the tertiary education sector and has worked across the Māori business and social enterprise space, contributing to initiatives that centre equity, visibility, and impact. Ashleigh is also actively involved in the charitable trust space, with a focus on supporting kaupapa connected to takiwātanga.

Outside of mahi, Ashleigh enjoys spending time with her daughters and wider whānau, and is currently balancing work, study, and her ongoing commitment to community through her charitable mahi.
