Hanga-Aro-Rau is proud to welcome Lee Marshall to our Industry Stakeholder Group (ISG).

Lee is the CEO of New Zealand’s Motor Trade Association (MTA), the automotive industry’s largest member organisation, where he is responsible for steering the association’s strategic objectives and ensuring its evolution aligns with industry advancements.

Lee has previously held senior roles in the rental vehicle sector, including Country Manager for Avis Budget Group, Commercial Manager for the JUCY Group and Director of Fleet and Operations at Ezi Car Rental.

Lee is a champion for a robust automotive industry that supports and serves all New Zealanders. Under his leadership, MTA has spearheaded advocacy for an industry-led, industry-owned approach to learners and workplace training.

His extensive experience in the automotive sector, coupled with his strategic leadership abilities, makes Lee a valuable addition to the ISG.
