Do you want to support disabled people to thrive in brilliant careers?

We are committed to better support for disabled people in our sectors. So, in partnership with Waihanga Ara Rau Workforce Development Council, we have commissioned All is for All, with support from the Donald Beasley Institute to conduct a research project to help us understand industry awareness of and experiences with disability in the workplace, including hiring disabled people.

This study aims to understand the barriers, enablers, accessibility, and employment experiences of disabled people, tāngata whaikaha Māori, and tagata sa’ilimalo (Pacific disabled people) in the manufacturing, engineering, logistics, construction, and infrastructure industries.

Contributions to this survey are essential to help us understand how we can support our industries to become more inclusive for disabled people, tangata whaikaha Māori and tagata sa’ilimalo. So, we need as many people as possible to have their say!

Employers’ contributions will help create a Disability Action Plan for our sectors and improve accessibility and meaningful work for disabled people across their respective industries. All is for All is specifically engaging with the disability community for this research.

Click here to take part in the survey, which runs until Wednesday, 8 May 2024.

If you have any questions after completing the survey, please feel free to contact [email protected].
